For the use of our coloring products, it is always recommended to seek expert advice from a trusted stylist, especially because the blends to be applied are generally tailored to each specific case depending on the starting situation and desired result.

INGREDIENTS

Do Aldo Coppola products contain allergens?

Some Aldo Coppola products include fragrances that may contain allergens. The ingredient list indicates them, as required by cosmetic regulations. For further details or specific requests, please contact us directly.

Are Aldo Coppola products suitable for people with skin allergies?

All Aldo Coppola products are formulated in accordance with legal requirements, using certified safe ingredients for consumers. We use highly tolerable ingredients and prefer to use natural active principles. However, skin allergies are subjective, so we suggest that anyone with allergies carefully read the ingredient list and perform a patch test before use. The ingredient list on each package and in the INCI section of each product page online lists all the ingredients in the formulation, as required by cosmetic regulations.

Where can I read the ingredient list of Aldo Coppola products?

The ingredient list is printed on the label of the bottle or box containing the product. Additionally, it is available on the product page in the “INCI” section.

PERSONAL DATA, ACCOUNT, AND NEWSLETTER

Why should I register?

All registered users can enjoy free shipping for orders over 70 euros. In addition, by subscribing to the Newsletter, you will receive exclusive previews of product launches, offers, and dedicated promotions.

How do I create an account?

In the “My Account” section, you will find two options: a section to log in (if you are a registered user) and one for registration. Once you click on “Create account,” you will find a form to fill in with the required data. Give consent to data processing, and, if desired, subscribe to the Newsletter. Finally, click on “Register now”.

Where can I modify my registration data?

To manage your data, go to your personal profile in the “My Account” section and select the data you wish to modify.

How do I reset my password?

In the “My Account” section, you can log in. If you don’t remember your password, you can request a new one by selecting the “Lost your Password” option. After entering your username or email address used during registration, click on “Reset Password.” You will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.

How can I receive the Newsletter?

You can subscribe to the newsletter from the dedicated section in the website footer or through the popup. Alternatively, during the registration process of your account, we will ask you if you want to receive our newsletters!

Is it possible to unsubscribe from the Newsletter?

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the Newsletter, or by sending an email to e-store@aldocoppola.com.

ORDERS

How do I place an order?

Add the products you want to purchase to your cart. From the cart section, you can complete your order by logging in (if you are registered) or creating a new account (if you are not registered yet). To create a new account, click on “I don’t have an account yet” and proceed to fill in the billing and shipping details, select the option “Create account,” and choose a password and payment method (Credit Card or PayPal). Enter your payment information and confirm the order. You will receive a confirmation email if the payment is successful. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number to monitor the shipping progress.

Is it possible to modify a completed order?

No. You can add or remove items from the order or modify registration details and shipping address only during the purchasing process, before proceeding to payment. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot make changes.

Is it possible to cancel a confirmed order?

If you decide to cancel your order, you can send a request to e-store@aldocoppola.com within one hour after your payment is finalized. If the request doesn’t arrive in time and the product has already been handed over to the courier, the shipment cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the delivery and then, if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can proceed with the return.

SHIPPING

What are the delivery times?

You will receive your purchase within 3-7 working days. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier issues, and strikes. Orders placed by 10:30 AM will be processed and prepared on the same day. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed starting from the following Monday. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding national holidays.

What are the shipping cost?

The standard delivery fee is 8.50€. For registered users, shipping is free for orders over 70€.

Which countries do you ship to?

Aldo Coppola ships throughout Italy and San Marino. If you are interested in receiving our products abroad, you can send a request to e-store@aldocoppola.com.

How can I track an order?

You will receive an order confirmation email and a subsequent email when the order is handed over to the courier, containing a link to track the delivery. Please note that the tracking code usually becomes active within a few hours upon receipt of the email.

What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

Please check that the delivery address provided is correct and complete before confirming your order. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery the next day. If the address is incorrect or not up to date, our support team will contact you to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

SAMPLES AND GIFTS

How can I receive complimentary samples?

You can choose complimentary samples during the purchase process. We do not send product samples upon request, so please remember to select them at the checkout under the section “CHOOSE THE GIFT RESERVED FOR YOU”

How many complimentary samples am I entitled to for each online order?

You can choose two Luxury Sachets as complimentary samples during the purchase process. If your order includes more than four Aldo Coppola and Shatush products, you will also have the option to add an exclusive gift box. Additional complimentary products may be offered at the checkout during special promotions.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What should I do if the package shows signs of tampering or damage?

If your package appears damaged or not intact, please contact us promptly by writing to e-store@aldocoppola.com.

Is it possible to return a product purchased online that appears to be defective?

If you notice any abnormalities or defects in the product you have received, please report the issue by writing to e-store@aldocoppola.com, specifying the type of defect, batch number, and attaching a photo that shows the issue. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to provide support.

What should I do if I receive a different product from what I ordered or if something is missing?

Can I return one or more ordered products?

If the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging, you can proceed with the return within fourteen days from receipt of the order, according to the sales conditions stated on our website in point 9.

How is the refund processed for online orders?

The refund (amount equal to the sum of the returned items, excluding any shipping costs) will be made by crediting your credit card or PayPal account, depending on the payment method used during the purchase.

Our administration usually processes the refund within 5 working days from receipt of the returned product.

PRICES, PROMOTIONS, AND DISCOUNT CODES

How do I use a promotional code?

The promotional code or coupon is a discount voucher provided to you for special promotions. If you have a discount code, simply enter it during checkout. On the “Cart” page, you will find a box named “Coupon Code.” Enter your code in the designated field and click “Apply.” If your code has been entered correctly, the amount will be recalculated according to the promotion applied, and the discount will be displayed automatically.

Why the promotional code I entered doesn’t work?

Promotional codes have specific rules regarding their use, such as a minimum cart value, specific brands or products, validity period, and non-cumulative use. If you encounter an error message when entering the coupon, please check that you are logged in (codes are associated with your email address) and ensure that your order meets the validity criteria of the promotion. Additionally, make sure you have entered the code correctly (we recommend copying and pasting the code). If the code is still not accepted after these verifications, please contact us at e-store@aldocoppola.com. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to provide support.

Can I use 2 discount coupons for the same order?

We’re sorry, but it is not possible to use more than one coupon at the same time.

Are there Aldo Coppola Gift Cards available?

The virtual card, NOT VALID FOR PURCHASES IN THE SALON, is only valid for online purchases and has a validity period of 12 months from activation. The e-Gift Card is sent exclusively via email. You can choose the day of transmission to the recipient and include a personalized message.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods are accepted on the Aldo Coppola website?

You can choose between Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. If you have a Gift Card, you can fill in the code during the check-out process in the box “Have a gift card?” then click APPLY.

Is payment and credit card billing safe?

Payment is completely secure as credit card data is protected from unauthorized access through encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) data transfer, which is not accessible to third parties.

How can I request an invoice?

You can request an invoice by writing to e-store@aldocoppola.com during the order finalization, providing the order reference and all the necessary company data, including VAT number, tax code, SDI, or PEC.

Why did the payment fail?

The reasons could be:

– Your credit card is not among the accepted cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

– The credit card has expired

– Insufficient credit on the card

– Some data such as card type, number, CCV security code, or expiration date were not entered correctly.
