The use of essential oils corresponds to a concept of sustainable natural beauty. Inspired by essential oils as an original therapeutic routine, Aldo Coppola products are rich in officinal and cosmetic virtues. The purifying, emollient and regenerating beneficial properties of these oils give the hair volume, making it brighter and softer, more resistant to atmospheric agents, vibrant and beautiful.
In our products, the concentration of essential oils is suitable for a totally safe cosmetic usage.They are not only used for their fragrance, however: their properties are above all useful for carrying out specific actions in skin and hair care. Within the different ESSENTIAL BLENDS the characteristics and properties of the oils are combined in order to obtain products and treatments that are effective, safe and delicate, and pleasant to apply.
In cosmetics, essential oils extracted from numerous plant species are used to obtain pure, effective active ingredients. Many oils are obtained from aromatic plants and “cooking” spices, and are extracted from roots, seeds, leaves or flowers (such as lavender flowers, angelica root, rosemary leaves, aniseed and cinnamon sticks); other oils are taken from fruit-bearing plants (such as lemons, mandarin oranges and oranges).
Floral essences are the most well-known and familiar in the world of aromatherapy, but precious, effective essential oils are also found in the resin and leaves of many plants such as herbs (rose, geranium, pine, eucalyptus, chives, bay tree, patchouli and ylang ylang).

SOOTHING SHAMPOO
Shampoo with an emollient and moisturising action, suitable for all hair types. The vegetable extracts and essential oils of the blend (01.) nourish the scalp and hair, making hair soft and easy to comb. The delicate detergent respects the scalp’s natural hydrolipidic layer.
SOOTHING mask
Emollient and moisturising mask, suitable for all hair types. The vegetable extracts and essential oils of Sylvester pine and Eucalyptus nourish the scalp and dry hair, making it more vibrant and light, without weighing it down. It disentangles hair immediately, making it easier to manage when drying, also in the case of curly, frizzy hair.
EUCALYPTUS & PINUS SYLVESTRIS
A precious active blend of two essential oils which have a specific effect on dry skin and dry hair, made up of:
O.E. of EUCALYPTUS – Derived from the original Australian species of this plant, used for its leaves and young buds. It is easily recognised by its particular top note. It has numerous virtues: above all it is an effective toner and stimulant that has a regenerating effect on skin and hair.
O.E. of PINE – An oil with many different properties, obtained by distillation of the needles in steam. It is superbly refreshing and invigorating, relaxes and smooths the skin, improving blood circulation. It regenerates the skin and restructures the hair fibres.
Result: a sense of well-being and suppleness.
The fresh air of a Eucalyptus forest, the lush green of woods in summer, the tree bark in the North and the strength of the soaring pine trees with its resinous scents. The emollient blend derives its notes from the wood and the balsamic scent of the leaves. A natural fragrance that is strong and stable, and gives a sense of confidence.

ANTI-DANDRUFF SHAMPOO
Shampoo with a deep purifying action that fights dandruff and creates an intensely refreshing effect. The essential oils of the blend (02.) are skilfully combined to create an effective antiseptic action that keeps the scalp supple and properly cleansed, without damaging the hair fibre.
ANTI-DANDRUFF tonic
A spray-on invigorating lotion for the scalp that helps to stop the formation of dandruff. It effectively complements the action of the shampoo, preventing the formation of dandruff. The essential oils of Lavender and Melaleuca are in a suitable concentrate for use on the scalp and produce fresh, stimulating scents.
LAVENDER & MELALEUCA
This skilful blend of two essential oils has a combined antiseptic and protective action, which acts effectively on the underlying causes of dandruff and removes remaining scales with a deeply refreshing effect and eliminates the annoying itching sensation.
O.E. of LAVENDER – The tips of the flower buds are distilled in steam to obtain an oil with antiseptic and disinfectant properties that keep the scalp supple and properly cleansed.
O.E. of MELALEUCA – The branches and leaves of this plant, originally from Australia (also known as the Tea Tree), are used to obtain a precious oil with anti-bacterial and antifungal properties. It is a perfect antiseptic that purifies the scalp and helps to stop the formation of dandruff.
Result: a sense of purification and well-being.
The tips of the lavender flowers, which are sweet and slightly herbaceous, give a sense of clean freshness; the herbaceous scent of the Tea Tree gives a sense of balsamic vigour and has purifying properties. A perfect balance of lightness, natural energy and sweetness all captured in an intensely effective blend.

PURIFYING SHAMPOO
Sebum-balancing shampoo with an intense purifying action. This shampoo was formulated to re-balance the scalp’s natural hydrolipidic layer and delicately cleanse the hair, eliminating excess sebum. The essential oils of Birch and Lemongrass have a purifying and regenerating action, and lend a fresh scent of citrus fruits.
PURIFYING LOTION
This purifying lotion has an intense skin-normalising action. If used regularly, together with the specific cleansing shampoo, it re-balances the hydrolipidic layer of the scalp and eliminates excess sebum without attacking the skin’s protective layer. It leaves hair looking radiant, soft and light, and pleasantly perfumed.
BIRCH & LEMONGRASS
Made from a blend of essential oils with sebum-balancing properties and an intense purifying action, created to rebalance the scalp’s natural hydrolipidic layer. The precious blend of oils lends a delicate perfume to the scalp and hair, helping to improve the typical appearance and smell of greasy hair.
O.E. of LEMONGRASS – The leaves of Lemon grass (Citronella) are distilled using the steaming method to obtain a dark yellow essential oil with antiseptic and purifying properties. It lends the scalp and hair a pleasant scent with its characteristic intense scent of citrus fruits.
O.E. of BIRCH – The essential oil is obtained from the buds of wild plants, which have a characteristic scent and purifying properties with an intense skin-normalising action. It creates the perfect conditions necessary for regenerating the scalp and hair.
Result: a sense of purification and lightness.
The ribbon-shaped leaves of the Lemongrass plant give off the scent of fresh lemon with a slightly woody top note. The smoky scent of the birch tree with hints of leathery tobacco clashes with its bushy shape and the sheer whiteness of its smooth bark.

REVITALISING SHAMPOO
Revitalising shampoo that re-balances the scalp and hair with in intensely stimulating action. It delicately cleanses the scalp and favours the action of the essential oils of Cedar and the St. Thomas bay leaf, that re-activate cell metabolism, improving the oxygenation and nourishment of the hair.
REVITALISING mask
This revitalising hair mask was formulated as an invigorating and intensely stimulating scalp and hair treatment, particularly suitable for regenerating the scalp and dull hair. The essential oils of the blend (04.) have an invigorating, energising action with a long-lasting effect.
BAY THOMAS & CEDAR
The many different beneficial actions in this blend of essential oils have an intense, long-lasting revitalising action on the scalp and hair. A perfect combination to re-balance the physiological condition of the scalp and hair with an intensely stimulating action.
O.E. of CEDAR – The essential oil of this plant has rubefacient properties, stimulates the circulation and increases the physiological trophism to regenerate the scalp and hair fibre. It purifies deep down with a sebum-normalising effect.
O.E. of BAY THOMAS – Precious essential oil obtained from the leaves of the PIMENTA plant, originally from the CARIBBEAN with a highly tonic and invigorating effect, which enhances the intensely rubefacient action and stimulating effect on the micro-circulation of the Cedar.

The underlying note of Cedar is warm and intense, balsamic and slightly woody, with all the wisdom of this majestic tree. Its balsamic softness is combined with the spicy, herbaceous note of the essential oil of the St. Thomas bay leaf. It exudes stability and strength, with invigorating and stimulating properties.

FREQUENT USE SHAMPOO
Shampoo for frequent use with an emollient and non-aggressive cleansing action. The two fine essential oils contained in the blend (05.) were selected for their delicately moisturising properties. It is suitable for daily use and is gentle on the scalp and hair fibre.
FREQUENT USE MILK
This conditioner for frequent use untangles and invigorates hair with an emollient action, without weighing it down. The delicate essential oils of Rose and Chamomile were selected for their moisturising properties, and are suitable for daily use. Perfect also on fine, sensitised hair for softness and all-round protection.
CHAMOMILE & ROSE
This special blend is made up of essential oils selected especially for their delicate soothing and moisturising properties. A precious blend of two exquisite oils that are suitable for daily use and have an intense but non-aggressive cleansing action that respects the natural balance of the scalp and hair fibre.
O.E. of CHAMOMILE – This precious essential oil is obtained from the flowers and is rich in substances with a soothing, moisturising effect suitable for daily use. It re-balances and maintains the scalp’s natural protective hydrolipidic layer.
O.E. of ROSE – This essential oil is obtained by distilling the petals. It is especially valuable and rich in softening substances with an intense soothing action. If used regularly, it moisturises deep down to gradually re-establish the correct moisture level of the scalp and hair.
Result: moisturised, soft hair.
With the stimulating scent of fresh petals, the elegant perfume of the Rose is the most precious of all essences that gives a beautifying sensation of security and harmony. The wild flowers of Chamomile fill endless meadows. It has a sweetly soothing, balancing effect and its essential oil is relaxing and heady.

CLEANING SOOTHING oil
This oil-based shampoo has a highly delicate, nourishing cleansing action. It is suitable for all hair types, also in the case of reddened or sensitive skin. The essential oils of the blend (06.) are combined with almond and olive oils, selected for their intense emollient and protective properties. If used regularly, they give hair a sensation of well-being and radiance.
ROSE & ORANGE BLOSSOM
This blend is specially formulated for oil cleansing. It mixes essential oils and natural vegetable oils of sweet Almonds and Olive, both powerful anti-ageing emollients. Combined, they provide superb nourishment and protection against free radicals, an alternative cleansing formulation inspired by ancient rituals, yet modern at the same time.
O.E. of ORANGE BLOSSOM – Obtained by steam distillation of orange flower petals, this essential oil has a particularly fresh, volatile scent with invigorating and purifying properties. It gives the scalp an intense sensation of well-being thanks to its beneficial decongestant action.
O.E. ROSA – This essential oil is obtained by distilling the petals. It is especially valuable and rich in softening substances with an intense soothing action. If used regularly, it moisturises deep down to gradually re-establish the correct moisture level of the scalp and hair.

The white petals of Orange Blossom, a symbol of purity and energy, give off a warm, sweet and floral fragrance. The scent of the essential oil obtained from Orange Blossom goes perfectly with that of the Rose. It has a soothing and purifying action, has an anti-stress effect and its fresh harmony gives a sense of relief.
TEA TREE ESSENTIAL OIL
Tea tree oil is concentrated natural energy, precious for its purifying, soothing and refreshing properties. Its very special balsamic verve leaves a pleasant delicate perfumed note. With its depurative strength and healing effectiveness, it is considered one of the most extraordinary natural remedies to soothe skin irritations.
TEA TREE
Tea tree oil is a real passe-partout: two drops of essential oil added to the shampoo or hair mask offer an intense soothing and hygienic action, particularly useful in the presence of dandruff or oily scalp, with a sensation of intense freshness.
