Izumi Tonic by Shu Uemura range is inspired by the ancient Japanese “yu-su-ru” tradition of beautifying the hair by bathing it in rice water. Concentrated in optimal quantities in each treatment, this active ingredient envelops the fiber and provides it with all its benefits. The treatments are rich in essential minerals and vitamins for strengthened, thickened and radiant hair.

The light formula of the Izumi Tonic Conditioner strengthens, hydrates, softens and illuminates dry & thinning hair. The hair is stronger and protected from breakage and split ends.
